  • Overview

    Responsible for the successful overall coordination of all activities related to Admissions ensuring smooth and efficient operations and accordance with department SOPs and Company’s policies.  Responsible for greeting customers in a courteous, friendly manner, and displaying a high standard of customer service.

    Adhere to any and all company and departmental policies, practices and procedures.


    Contribute to a safe work environment, through compliance with established safety guidelines, identifying potential safety hazards, and reporting same to the appropriate person for proper resolution.


    Maintain a professional departmental, company and community reputation.


    • Follow all rules, regulations, policies and procedures for the property area and assist in protecting and safeguarding all property assets.
    • Perform the day-to-day operations of the assigned admissions outlets.
    • Monitor admissions entrances for acceptable/not acceptable clothing and or other objects/items prohibited.
    • Operates the cash register (POS), to accept payment for admission sales, in the form of cash, credit, and complimentary, making correct change as required and balancing cash register, at closing or end of shift.
    • Access and work with Systems for redemption of offers and promotions.
    • Held to a high standard for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
    • Insures integrity of End of shift reporting – (Volume, TSA sales report, hourly admission for each turnstile, etc.).
    • Maintains a working knowledge of facilities/outlets and special and upcoming events on property, in order to advise customers of same, whenever possible.
    • Resolve guest and associate concerns with tact effectively.
    • Leads by setting a positive example to all Associates.
    • Communicates important, relevant information to following shift.
    • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
    • Oversees daily Retail operations.
    • Oversees daily Rental Kiosks operations.
    • Close out Rental Kiosks daily.
    • Oversee cleanliness of mini cabanas.
    • Leads by setting a positive example to all associates.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    AGE and GAMING:

    18 years of age or above or one year experience in the department.  Non-gaming property.  Due to responsibility of accessing and working with the systems for redemption of offers and promotions, must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.



    High School diploma or Equivalent is preferred.  Previous money handling experience is preferred.  Previous experience in the department is preferred.



    Must score at least 85% or better on a Basic Math test.  Must take the required testing identified for this position.



    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports.



    Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.  Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.



    Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

    Essential responsibilities include physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least fifty (50) pounds, and standing/walking 90% of the shift.  Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, reach, twist, and grip throughout shift.

    This position is required to work in outside weather conditions and may perform responsibilities and/or essential functions on slippery or wet surfaces as well as exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme weather/heat.


    Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Associates must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
