  • Overview

    Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations in stocking the Clubhouse Restaurant at Dancing Rabbit Golf Club following the established standards and expectations set by management and the leadership team of Pearl River Resort.

    Adhere to any and all company and departmental policies, practices and procedures.


    Contribute to a safe work environment, through compliance with established safety guidelines, identifying potential safety hazards, and reporting same to the appropriate person for proper resolution.


    Maintain a professional departmental, company and community reputation.




    • Adhere to, standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and policies and procedures.
    • Rotate stock following “first-in, first-out’ method to ensure freshness of product.
    • Maintain accurate “in/out” logs for supplies.
    • Properly and accurately complete all paperwork associated with deliveries on a daily basis.
    • Requisition stock to different areas of Dancing Rabbit Golf Club.
    • Stock, monitor and reconcile inventory on the beverage carts.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable Resort internal controls.
    • Assist in protecting and safeguarding all property assets.
    • Verify that the quality and quantity of all items received is in accordance with the DRGC purchase orders on file. Annotate and research all discrepancies or errors.
    • Provide or arrange for the delivery of all inventory items from the receiving area to the appropriate outlets and coordinate for the storage or delay in delivery of specialty items and packages.
    • Prepare appropriate documentation and entries and inventory/purchasing systems for all requisitions and receipts.
    • Research, compile and file data and information that relates to inventory discrepancies, par levels and lost or damaged items.
    • Assist and work with the F&B Managers to ensure that accuracy of receiving inventory records and logs.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable Dancing Rabbit Internal Control.
    • Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, safe and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with State Health Regulations.
    • Follows all recipes and control procedures.
    • Assists in all areas of food production as needed.
    • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.

    AGE and GAMING:

    21 years of age or above



    High School diploma or GED is required.   One (1) year of experience in receiving or stock clerk is preferred.



    Must possess a valid Driver’s License and good driving record – one or less moving violation within a 12 month period.  Must possess the ability to learn Stratton-Warren system with in the first 30 days.  Must be Serve-Safe certified or have the ability to complete and pass the course within the first 90 days.



    Must score at least 85% or better on a Basic Math test.  Must take the required testing identified for this position.



    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 



    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as addition subtraction and multiplication tables.



    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.



    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.


    Essential responsibilities include moderate to heavy physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least sixty (60) pounds, and standing/walking 50% of the shift, stand and walk for extended periods in excess of 4 hours.  Perform position responsibilities and/or essential functions on slippery or wet surfaces.  Work with hazardous chemicals.  Extensive bending, stooping and stretching of arms during assigned shift.  Able to work within a variety of temperatures and weather conditions.



    The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an Associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.


    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud.  When on the casino floor or other designated areas may be subjected to tobacco smoke. 


    Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Associates must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
