Responsible for accurately recording slot revenue audits, hospitality revenue audits, table game audits and Title 31 compliance in a timely manner, thereby ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the Bok Homa Finance Department.

  • Ensure that all assigned tasks and duties are performed in compliance with applicable Choctaw Gaming Commission and NIGA regulations and other applicable regulations, laws, statues and Resort internal controls.
  • Follow and maintain all procedures and standards as trained and directed.
  • Prepare or review general ledger journal entries, audit documents, worksheets and other reports relevant to, slots, hospitality and Title 31 compliance, table games and player services and operations.
  • Assists in preparing reports, journal entries, tracks coupons used on property, sorts and records complimentary receipts using the automated Accounting Software system or other tracking software.
  • Research, compile and file data and information that relates to errors, inaccuracies and out-of-balance reports, as required.
  • Ensure that all established rules, regulations and internal controls are followed while performing their assigned duties
  • Organize, prepare and maintain applicable file systems and prepare information for storage.
  • Comply with policies and procedures required by the department and the company.
  • Maintains the highest degree of confidentiality.
  • Leads by setting a positive example to all employees.
  • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record

                AGE and GAMING:

21 years of age or above

Gaming property – Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.


High School diploma or GED is required.  Experience in the accounting/financial functions, including auditing, inventory control and/or cost of sales and preferred.  Prefer experience in POS experience, gaming, or hospitality audit and knowledge of Title 31 compliance is preferred.


Must score a minimum of 85% on the Basic Math test, achieve a score of 70% or better within 20 minutes on the Excel test and 8000 KPH on the 10-Key test. Keyboarding – no minimum score required. Must take the required testing identified for this position.


Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.  knowledgeable in the appropriate software, to include Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 


Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence. 


Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions.  Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.



The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.


Essential physical abilities are sitting for extended periods.  Walk or stand for at least 20% of assigned shift. Bending stooping, kneeling, pushing, and pulling may be required throughout shift. Must be able to lift and maneuver at least forty (40) lbs.  Use of computer and possible eye strain may be required throughout the assigned shift.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud.  When on the casino floor or other designated areas may be subjected to tobacco smoke. 

Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Associates must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
