Responsible for the successful operation of the Bingo Room, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and accordance with the Company’s policies and procedure and Mission and Objectives and Gaming regulations.

Contribute to a safe work environment, through compliance with established safety guidelines, identifying potential safety hazards, and reporting same to the appropriate person for proper resolution.


Maintain a professional departmental, company and community reputation.


  • Responsible for supervising the operations of the Bingo Room, , providing each with the knowledge and appropriate direction to perform his/her responsibilities
  • Monitor paper and handheld devices in play; inspecting all equipment prior to play.
  • Responsible for training Bingo associates, providing each with the knowledge and appropriate direction to perform his/her responsibilities
  • Exhibits sound, decision-making qualities; motivates personnel and exhibits effective supervisory skills
  • Possesses a thorough working knowledge of the various games and equipment in Bingo.
  • Oversees all monetary exchanges to ensure prompt and accurate execution of every transaction
  • Ensures that associates are providing superior guest service
  • Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction throughout the Bingo department.
  • Resolves miscellaneous guest’s complaints, referring to the appropriate management when necessary.
  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Leads by setting a positive example to all associates.
  • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.

Directly supervises the daily activities of the Bingo Room on assigned shift. 


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 21 years of age or above

Gaming property – Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.



High School diploma or GED is required.  Two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory role is preferred.



Must be able to pass the Basic Math Test with 85%, must take the required testing identified for this position



Must have a thorough understanding and some knowledge in the appropriate software, to include Bingo Management systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Microsoft Outlook.  Public speaking is required.



Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.



Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as addition subtraction and multiplication tables.



Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.



The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.


Essential responsibilities include moderate to light physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least thirty (30) pounds, and standing/walking 100% of the shift.  Able to maneuver all areas of the Bingo Room – including stairs.  Bending, stooping and stretching of arms during assigned shift.



The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an Associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.


The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.  When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud.  When on the casino floor or other designated areas may be subjected to tobacco smoke. 


Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Associates must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
