Responsible for the coordination, administration and direction of all activities relating to the operations of all FOH outlets, including Admission, Vault and Food outlets, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures and controls of the Resort.

Adhere to any and all company and departmental policies, practices and procedures.


Contribute to a safe work environment, through compliance with established safety guidelines, identifying potential safety hazards, and reporting same to the appropriate person for proper resolution.


Maintain a professional departmental, company and community reputation.


  • Follow all rules, regulations (Safety/Health Codes and mandates), policies and procedures for the property area and assist in protecting and safeguarding all property assets.
  • Oversee the service operations of all FOH outlets by monitoring and instructing associates in the proper performance of their assigned job duties.
  • Ensures excellent standards of quality levels of food and beverage products and maintain the highest standards in production, service facilities, and guest satisfaction.
  • Must complete a report of transactions including cash, coupon, credit card and complimentary sales at the end of each shift for all outlets.
  • Must complete a daily report of sales for each department/outlet after each shift.
  • Access and work with systems for redemption of offers and promotions issued by the gaming properties.
  • Track stock levels of commonly used items and assist in controlling the established par levels. Assist in conducting monthly inventories.
  • Contribute to developing new ideas, programs and offerings that will attract new guests and encourage previous guests to return to the Resort.
  • Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Responsible for sales, expense, and profit goals as outlined in the operating plan/budget.
  • Held accountable, to the highest degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of department records and reports.
  • Leads by setting a positive example to all associates.
  • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.

Directly supervises the daily activities for all FOH outlets and assigned staff.


Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

21 years of age or above.  Non-gaming property.  Due to responsibility of accessing and working with systems for redemptions of offers and promotions, must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.



High School diploma or GED is required. Two years’ experience in a culinary operation such as, full service hotel or restaurant is required. Associates’ Degree (A.A.) in culinary arts is required or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.



Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required. Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.  Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, expense analysis, cost benefit analysis and financial statement interpretation required. Must be Serv-Safe certified or certifiable with-in 180 days.  Must be C.A.R.E. (Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively) certified before starting to work.  Must pass basic math with 85% accuracy.



Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other associates of the organization.



Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.



Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Essential responsibilities include physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least fifty (50) pounds, and standing/walking 90% of the shift.  Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, reach, twist, and grip throughout shift. Must be able to work while wearing latex, vinyl, or rubber gloves.

This position is required to work in outside weather conditions and may perform responsibilities and/or essential functions on slippery or wet surfaces as well as exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles and extreme weather/heat.


Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Associates must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
